２０１３年、みなさまの前半の６カ月はどんなでした？
私の半年は、「ドタバタで過ぎた半年」という感じがします。
なんか、いたる場面で「初めて」なる状況という感じでした。
でも、それでも、今こうしていられるということは、無難に過ごせていると言えるのかも知れません。
そう思うと、感謝ですね。
ご先祖様に感謝です。
家族に感謝です。
関わるみなさまに感謝です。
「ご先祖様、何時もお守り下さりありがとうございます。無事に半年を過ごす事が出来ました。ありがとうございました。」
そして、「また、この半年、努力をしますのでお守り願います」と、改めさせて頂きます。
そんな、２０１３年後半の初日、私はマッサージでした。
身体がギクシャク・・・。
スキー期間中、筋肉など使ってない為（？？？！！！）、筋肉痛などおきません。
よって、筋力低下していたと思いますけど・・・。
が、しか〜し！
５月下旬の頃から、徐々に陸トレを繰返し、その結果、身体、あ〜〜〜・大変！
状態になってしまいまして、ヘルプにかけ込んだという有様です。
ストレッチはしているつもりなのでありますが、つもりなのでしょうね。
行き渡っていないのでしょうね。
ってゆ〜か、やっぱ、背面は難しいです。
それにしても、気持ち良かったぁ〜！
もう１時間追加するんだったか？
でも、過ぎたるは及ばざるごとしですからね。
より、ストレッチ、行き届くようにしていきたいと思っています。
新ためて心がけです。
そんなスタートの２０１３年後半の初日なのでありますが、無事に過ごせますようにです。
みなさまの２０１３年後半も充実しますように！
