■ 初夢は「からだケア」でした！　　[ NO. 2022010201-1 ]

初夢見ましたか？
初夢は年が明けて、1/1に寝たその時に見た夢とのこと。
一富士二鷹三茄子・・・って訳には参らないようですけど　笑

1/2起きる間際に見た夢ですが、覚えています。
なんてストイックなんだろう…って思ったのですが　笑。
私らしい感じ（＾＾）

私ではないのですが、なんかスポーツする人に対して、「からだのケアはとても大事ですよ」と言っている私が居ました。
ということで、きっとそれは、私自身に言っていることなんだろうな。
と。
今年の私に課せられた大きな目標という感じです。

こんな夢を見たのも、12/17に腰を痛めて、～29迄治すのに時間を費やした経緯があったからなのだろうなと振り返られます。

そんな夢を見た1/2（日）は、箱根駅伝往路。
青学強いですね！

高校サッカー新潟県代表校帝京長岡の2回戦。

戦いは勝ち負けが絡むことなので、最近はドキドキで心臓に悪いです。
応援チームが優勢ならそうでもないのですが、でも、負けるチームへの切なさは、こっちも切ない気持ちになってしまいます。
気持ちはみんなに勝って貰いたい！
でも、それは無理なので、応援チームがんばって勝ち進んで貰いたいです！

そういう今日は2022年最初のお天気の日！
雪国には貴重な青空ですよ！

そんな今日、スキーレッスン依頼が無いので、初買い物、初ウオーキングと、初ピラティスの事始めを行いました。
明日1/3に、2022年初スキー。
プライベートレッスンで須原スキー場です。

ウオーキングは半月以上振りです　笑
だから腰を痛めたのかもね。
実は車の中で携帯を左手に持って、左側にからだを捻じって話をしていたのです。
どうもその体制がマズかったようです・・・じっとする体制、用心します。

久し振りのアスファルトの上のウオークは気持ち良かったです。
帰って来て、ピラティスの真似事でクールダウン。

今年は（も）からだを鍛えること。
それにケアを忘れないように心がけること。

それに尽きる感じです。
健康第一で日々を過ごせますようにです。

母への「お年賀」
（年上の人には「お年玉」と言わないのだそうです）
