はい。
私は、般若心経を欠かせないのです。
小さなノートにペンで書くのが日課になっています。
My-般若心経
ワイヤー入りの小さなノートに毎日書いて、約３カ月間／１冊。
忘れて書かなかった日は、翌日に２日分を書きます。
今日は、これから書きます。
今日は１０時から泳ぎの練習をして、午後、新潟市の「丸山リハビリテーション診療所」東洋医学の診察に行って参ります。
色々な方が受診されていて効果が表れているという事実に、父に勧め行く様になりました。
気の流れを良くして、自分の力で治す様に出来る身体造り。
勿論、漢方薬を煎じて飲むという処方になります。
でも、基本は、「水２L／１日飲む」「３０回噛んで食べる」が、絶対条件です。
水はブリタろ過した水を飲んでいます。
入広瀬の水も美味しいと思っていたのですが、あえて、ろ過器で濾した水を飲むと、水道水との違いが大いにあり！
水が甘く感じて飲み易くなるのです！
前にも「１日２Lの水を飲みましょう」と、その頃は水道水でトライしたのですが、飲むに至りませんでした。
それは、やはり、水道水というのは違った感じがしたからなのでしょうね。
ブリタを知って思ったのですが、「水道水は少し飲み難いかも」と。
私自身は病院のお世話になっている訳ではないのですが、果たして自分の気の流れがどうなっているのかを知りたいと思い、あえて受診しに行って参ります。
腰も大腿部の後ろも痛いから・・・。
そういうのを西洋医学敵診察だと、湿布薬が出されて終わりますよね。
２時間の問診と治療です。
普通の病院ではありえない診察時間ですよね。
自分を客観的に体感したいと思っています。
悪い所があれば治す努力。
その方法をしっかり教えて貰えると思っています。
とりあえずは、腰の痛みを和らげられればと思っている私です。
多分、身体のバランスは良くない気がしますので、それを改善したいですね。
身体の状態が悪いと、気の流れが数値で現われるので、目に見える状態の変化が感じられるというのが面白いかも。
お高い診察料ですけど、根本から治さない限り繰返される訳ですから、徹底したいと思います。
