■ 楽になった！　何故？　良く判りませんのですけど。 　　[ NO. 2013073101-1 ]
此処数日の日本列島は、豪雨に見舞われ、あちこちで甚大な被害が立て続けです。
「どうか神様、普通に、普通に季節が移り変わってくれますように、なにとぞお願いします」と、願わずにいられません。

そんな今日、TVで「こんな情報提供のサイトがあったなんて！！！」と、知ることが出来、「即活用しよう！」と、お気に入りに追加です。

今晩からまた大雨注意報が出ています。
雨のあの音は、トラウマとなりつつあります・・・。



土曜日の水泳レッスンの為に、今日私は予習をしました。
サイトで「クロールの練習法」とかってのを引いて、「ふ〜ん、そうだったのか」と、初めて知ったりして。

つい最近は甥っ子に「ブレスって、口？　鼻？　どっちでやるの？」と、尋ねる有様。
実は私、口で行っていました。
それに、バタ足が大事と言うよりも、腕のスクロール（って言うのですかね）が推進力になるってのも、「そうなん！」と言う有様。
足が推進力になる原動力と思っていましたからねぇ〜。

だから！
疲れるんです！
７５m泳いで、「１００迄無理・・・」と、お休み入れてたりしてましたのです。

が、それが！
鼻から息を吐く様にして、親指と人差し指から水中に手を入れるようにして、水中で前に真っ直ぐ伸ばし、身体の脇から水を漕いで、肘から抜く様に（？）して、と繰返し、足をバタバタするのではなく、逆にバタバタしないように使って浮いて、腕のスクロールを意識して泳いだら！！！

な・なぁ〜〜〜んと！！！！！

６００m一気に泳ぎきることが出来たではありませんかぁ〜〜〜！！！
当然、ゆっくり泳いだので、ゼ〜ゼ〜・ハ〜ハ〜が無いのです！

オヨヨヨヨ。
自分でビックリ！
十数年振りで長い距離を一気に泳ぐことが出来た訳です！
ほんとビックリ！
泳ぎがそれで良いのかどうかなどというのは、私にもわかりません。
土曜日に甥っ子に判断して貰います。

もしかしたら、毎日１０００mを休まず泳ぎきることが可能になるかも知れません！！！
うっヒャ〜〜〜！
やったね♪

よし！
明後日からだ。
明日は寿和温泉は休館日なので。
・・・一日開いて、ダメだったりして…それも無いとも言えない。

でも、水泳のお陰で、肩周りの動きが良くなってきています！！！
スキーで、肩甲骨周りが硬くなると猫背になるので、脚部の可動が悪くなりますよ。
当然ながら、日常の姿勢も猫背に成り兼ねないですね。
胸部を開いて上半身を起こした姿勢を維持することによって、肩周りの動きを良く出来るようになる土台となります。
でも、動かさないと動かなくなりますので、水泳の腕の動きは水の中で無くとも行いたい動きですよね。
意識されて下さい。
