■ 難しいのか・・・？ 　　[ NO. 2013070901-1 ]

魚沼市入広瀬公民館主催の「女性学級「体操教室」」。 それを担当し、今日、「こういうメニューを」と、少し構想を練って持参して行った訳でありました。 が、しか〜し！ 「歩行」で終わってしまいました。 それも、普段無意識に行う歩行ではなく、腰と肩のラインを逆方向へ動かすという動きで、「腰で歩く」というような意識で行って貰おうと提供をした次第です。 動かないのであります。 腰が。 今更ながら思うことなのでありますが、「運動レベルをもっと下げる必要がある？」と、思わされている所であります。 「右手+右足／左手＋左足」「右手＋左足／左手＋右足」の動きは、すんなりいくのですねぇ。 それは経験がある為にあまり考えずとも出来る動き。 なので、それをベースにしています。 そのベースの動きの「手」と「足」を、「肩」と「腰」に代えさせて動いて貰ったのです。 すると・・・動けなくなっている。 固まるのです。 脳細胞が新たな動きの指令をその部位に出して行くのに時間がかかる。 最初の動きが出来たとしても、次第に出来無くなる、というか、普段の動きになっていってしまう。 部位を動かすという動きを行っていない為に起こる身体の中の「大変だ〜！」という状態が駆けまわってしまっているのです。 脳細胞にその情報が全くない為に、考えて身体を動かす為に時間がかかり、回数をこなすうちに経験ある動きに変わっていってしまうと言う繰返しなのです。 たかだか「歩行」であるにもかかわらず、動かす部位を変えるだけで、ほとんど動けなくなるという現実を、笑って過ごせないと思います。 でもそれも繰返す事によって神経経路が増設できるので、出来るようになると思いますけど。 次回は２週間後。 毎日少しずつ行って出来るようになっていて欲しいと思っています。 （毎回、歩行で終わるのかも・・・） 昨日の夕方以降〜朝まで、PCが軌道しなくなってしまったのです。 My-写真掲載BBSへ、苦手なタッチパネルを使用するしかなく、やっとこさ打てたそれが「PCが　壊れてしまいました･………。」だけ。　 それも時間掛かって！ 「東芝修理行きか・・・」「電気屋か・・・」のどっちかを考えさせられていた午前中だったのです。 運動をしていながらも。 「時間が経てば変わるかも」も期待しては居ましたが、変わりませんでした。 ので、東芝さんへフリーコール。 ご丁寧でしたよぉ〜。 フリーコールで、驚きの対応をされたことありますか？ 「マジこの大会社がこの対応！！！？？？」というのが生涯２回あります。 あまりにもインパクトのある「糠に釘」みたいな対応で、ビックリ仰天ですよ！ 電話の向こうでは、なんか、おやつを食べてお茶飲みしながらぃ喋りしている感じの声が電話から聴こえて来たという、有名な会社のお客様フリーコールだったのですよ！ ビックリでした。 でも、東芝さんは的確でした。 素人の私がイメージできるようなご説明を下さいまして、凄かったです。 ということで、My-PCは現在復活しております。 ほんと、助かりました。 でも「Windows７」は非常に貴重なPCになっているようなので、壊す訳には参らないのです。 でも、これが壊れたらWindows８ですよねぇ・・・。 大丈夫か！？・・・私！ ...... 返信 ...... ■DEyAmYSxkJ9　 　[ NO. 2013070901-2 ] Well I guess I don't have to spend the weekend fiuingrg this one out! http://nofznh.com [url=http://gfcszv.com]gfcszv[/url] [link=http://fbfmkl.com]fbfmkl[/link] Jesiiqkitha　2013/09/03 13:35:28　[MAIL] [HP] 68.71.243.18 ■BDkZegzcmV　 　[ NO. 2013070901-3 ] That's a brilliant answer to an innttesrieg question http://ouyrscad.com [url=http://exgzxitt.com]exgzxitt[/url] [link=http://jleyexh.com]jleyexh[/link] David　2013/09/08 21:41:47　[MAIL] [HP] 221.178.189.240 ■Finding this post so　 　[ NO. 2013070901-4 ] Finding this post solves a problem for me.
