泳ぐ前、体重計に乗って体重を確認しました。
そして、自由形１０００m泳ぎました。
そして、寿和温泉に入り、体重をチェックしました。
するとぉ・・・驚きの１kg減！
びつくり！
体重を減らしたかったら、水泳をお勧めします。
１０００m歩いても１kg体重減りませんものね。
でも、直ぐ戻ると思います。
ちなみに体脂肪、０．５減ってました。
大したことではありませんけれども、チョイ、驚きでしたので。
と言うことで、今日は月山の予定が家に居ます。
日程が来週に変更になった為です。
でも、来週の天気予報、雨っぽいのですよねぇ・・・。
